The Effect, Encourager's student ministry, serves to equip youth in walking in the fullness of their destiny. With a passion for our city, our schools, and our families, this generation has an exciting role to play in our world. We invite you to be a part of this amazing experience as we encounter God and see His Kingdom come on Earth as it is in Heaven. We are The Effect.

Sunday Mornings

Worship Service & Student Connection Points
Sunday mornings begin with a dynamic student-led worship service, followed by our student Connection Point classes where youth leaders give practical teachings to help equip and train students.

The service begins at 9:00 a.m. Sunday mornings during the 1st Main Service in the Youth Room, located upstairs.

Wednesday Nights

Wednesday Night Service
With an exciting blend of great friends, good food, and passionate worship, our Wednesday Night Service offers a great opportuity to go after God as youth become equipped to be The Effect. Plus, one Wednesday a month features our Gym Night, an energy packed hour-and-a-half of intense games and great food.

Wednesday Night Service starts at 6:45 p.m. in the Youth room during our Wednesday night prayer service.

Youth Camp 2012

July 23-27, 2012

Cost: $260

This year, Youth Camp 2012 will focus on the theme, "Only the Beginning." When we began to ask what "Only the beginning" really meant, God led us to 1 Cor 2:9-10.

"No one's ever seen or heard anything like this, Never so much as imagined anything quite like it—What God has arranged for those who love him. But you've seen and heard it because God by his Spirit has brought it all out in the open before you. The Spirit, not content to flit round on the surface, dives into the depths of God, and brings out what God planned all along."

We haven't heard anything like what God is doing next, but He has prepared us for it.
