Prayer & Intercessors

Encourager’s Prayer & Intercession Ministry desires to train and facilitate a church of prayer servants who will worship the Lord, exalt His name, uphold the vision cast by the leadership of this church, and support Pastors, leaders, and congregation as we pursue the Lord’s destiny for the church.

We believe it is our mandate to:

• To worship and lift on high the name of Jesus.
• To make ourselves available to the Lord to pray His burdens for individuals, our church, Houston, the USA, and the nations.
• To train and facilitate those called to intercession and provide a safe place for them to lean and grow.
• To help identify the gifts of such individuals and help them find their place of serving in prayer.
• To provide teaching and guidance to the intercessory prayer team.
• To firmly stand on God’s promises for salvation, healing (physical and emotional), and deliverance, and to intercede accordingly.
• To cover incoming prayer requests from our pastoral covering.
• To raise up a Body of believers in the work of prayer so we will be a praying church.
• To show that prayer is effective, fun, and fulfilling and that it truly changes things.

How to join the Intercession Team
